The End of This Civilization is Something We Should Work Toward

article

Abstract

This commentary addresses Jon Mills’s central question in End of the World and argues that our malaise’s roots lie deep in individual psychopathology and the pathological structure of the social institutions that make up our society. It reasons that we should work to confront the crises of our civilization and briefly describes the author’s framing of how this may be achieved.
