Charles Heckscher
Charles Heckscher, PhD, is a Distinguished Professor in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University and co-Director of the Center for the Study of Collaboration. His research interests include societal trust, the design of collaborative organization, and the changing nature of employee representation. He has also worked as a practitioner and consultant on processes of organizational development, primarily in telecommunications and currently in K-12 education.
