Charles Webel
Charles P. Webel, PD, is a member of the Executive Faculty of Saybrook Graduate School in San Francisco and is a Lecturer in the School of Social Welfare at the University of California, Berkeley, where he teaches social theory, psychology, and gerontology. He has published articles in the International Encyclopedia of Psychiatry and Psychoanalysis and in New Ideas in Psychology. He is the general editor of the scholarly series, Conflict and Consciousness: Studies in War, Peace, and Social Thought, in which will soon appear his co-authored book (with David Barash), Peace and Conflict Studies. Dr. Webel is completing his final year as a research candidate at the Psychoanalytic Institute of Northern California and may be reached at .
