Francis V. O’Connor received his PhD in the history of art from Johns Hopkins University, and is an expert on 20th Century American Art, the American Mural, and the psychodynamics of creativity. He is a member of the National Coalition of Independent Scholars, and lives in New York City, where he works as a writer, lecturer and private consultant.
