Ken Dancyger

Ken Dancyger, MA, MSc, is Professor of Film and Television at the TISCH School of the Arts of New York University. He is the author or co-author of 7 books (14 are translated) on screenwriting, directing, film editing and production including The Technique of Film and Video Editing (5^th ed., 2011); The Director’s Idea (2006), Alternative Scriptwriting (with Jeff Rush, 5^th ed., 2013), Writing the Short Film (with Pat Cooper, 2005), Global Scriptwriting (2001), The World of Film and Video Production (1999), and Broadcast Writing (1991).
